The CHI 2000 Conference on Human Factors in Computing Systems took place in The Hague, The Netherlands, April 1-6, 2000. The annual CHI conference is the leading international forum for the exchange of ideas and information about human-computer interaction (HCI).
The Call for Participation explained the opportunities for submitting papers, tutorials, workshops, and a wide array of other presentation formats.
Conference Participation Support provided information on finding mentors, who guided people through the submission process, and on scholarships for presenters with financial needs.
The Advance Program described all the activities which will occured at the CHI Conference. This included information on Tutorials, Workshops, and Conortia as well as descriptions of all materials which were presented at CHI. Also, here you will find more information on other activities such as Walk-in Demonstrations and CHIkids.
Location: The Hague described the many sights and points of interest for visitors to the Netherlands.Conference and Hotel Registration provided the details on how to register, how much to pay, and what arrangements you people could make before coming to the conference.
The Presenters section is for those participants who have an accepted submission (such as a paper, a workshop, etc.) in the Conference. Author kit materials can be found here.
The Exhibits section contained information about the companies which will be exhibiting at CHI 2000. Participants visited the exhibits to network with corporations involved in HCI.
