Abstract:
Talented individuals perform their activities with ease and pleasure and they achieve outstanding results. This paper address the question whether we can have dream teams which consist of talented individuals who contribute their best with satisfaction, and the projects, based on synergy effect, reach excellence as the quality standard. The answer is searched by action research in context of balanced professional training of business analysts in IT. Reverse Lotus Flower technique is applied in action of identifying talents and defining projects with the potential of achieving outstanding results. The action research explores the performance and elaborates on conditions necessary to make the vision of dream team come true. It deals also with the analysis of emerging issues and the discussion of the limitations of research.
